For Bulbasaur to evolve into Ivysaur it takes 5 battles. The same for all Pokemon that have three stages. Basic => Stage 1 needs 5 battles. Stage 1 => Stage 2 another five battles. And for Pokemon that have only two stages, it takes 7 battles. Pokemon like Eevee need 7 battles and an evolutionary stone or item. Those that evolve during trade can be traded and traded back to evolve it or use a Cable Link. Do you get it?

Do you mean wins? Or just battles?

I think you should've been asking this question here, instead of making a thread over it.
