Blue Team: Monbrey (W) 1.5K + 1 point for successful defend Vs. Yellow Team: SLCalamity (L) .75K

This was a battle for Vermillion. Monbrey walked all over SLC... He started with a Life Orb and Technician boosted STAB Fake Out from Ambi on SLC's Alakazam. Then in came Jolteon as zam Encored and was KOd by Jolt's Shadow Ball next turn. Metagross was up next. It Agilitied, but Jolteon put it to sleep with Yawn causing SLC to switch it out for Eelektross as Jolt used Growth. Jolt then Baton Passed to Blaziken who took out Eelektross with a Flare Blitz and a Flamethrower after narrowly escaping a Dragon Tail that missed. (My dice really hate SLC.) As Blaze's Speed continued to increase, Gallade came in. However, Blaziken continued its sweep with a Brave Bird and OHKOd Metagross with Flamethrower for the win. SLC never even connected a move with one of Monbrey's Pokemon... Successful defend of Vermillion for Blue Team.

I don't remember. Blaziken outplayed Kingdra at the beginning, but then my dice really didn't want Ketchup to move through paralysis. Either way, Ataro had a hard time recovering from that initial mistake. Good game!
