Gym Leader Tournament 2016(ish) Round 3

Alright, the time has come for Round 3! Round 2 was just as satisfying as ever with a mix of close calls and sweeps. Only 6 remain!

Round 3 of the Tournament will last from now (January 24th 1:30am EST) until 10 days from now (February 3rd 1:30am EST). As always, please try to have your battles done before then if possible! I still want to get in as many Rounds as possible before I get started with classes again. Start scheduling your battles now. Send PMs, VMs do whatcha gotta do but get 'em scheduled and get 'em done. As always, if there's a problem come to me as soon as possible. Don't wait until the last second pls. Also, props to most of you for getting your Round 1 battles done!

As a reminder, these are the official rules to be used during your matches:

S/M Private Preview (may be changed to S/M Private Full if both battlers agree)
Items On (may be changed to Items Off if both battlers agree)
No Weather / Default Terrain
SLP/FRZ/OHKO/ACC/EVA Clauses On

Battles for this tourney pay as normal 6v6 Gym Battles would. Refs, please log your battles in here and will pay out wages after each Round.

Virbank Gym Leader WinterVines - Beedrill-Mega, Salazzle, Venusaur, Nidoking, Accelgor, Gengar

~I don't need sleep what are you talking about. Syn managed to pull an early lead with his Scarf PZ, with a turn 2 KO onto Salazzle. Nidoking managed to claw back a lot of ground for Winter, in-which a 3 turn sleep on Eelektross after losing its Life Orb gave it just enough time to KO it. The infamous Mega Beedrill made an appearance only to U-Turn out and never be heard from again. Syn struggled to regain control as Scarf Gengar proved clutch and scored multiple KOs in a row as Syn had no answers for it among his weakened line-up. Syn had a plan for a last minute reverse sweep with his Oricorio-Cheer, however he pushed his luck just a little too much with Roost stalling for tiny bits of health and a Sludge Wave poison proc orchestrated his demise. Surprisingly, despite both sides having Scarfed Trick users, no trickery actually occured.~
