    Basic/first evolution

    Akinai rushed on to the trainer field, a little out of breath due to running but otherwise seemed prepared for the match. Riding on her pack was an odd buglike Pokemon who seemed mildly annoyed for the bumpy ride.

    "Sorry I'm late, didn't get your message until about ten minutes ago... Jade and I are ready when you are!"

    Akinai's starter, responding to hearing her name called, released herself from the backpack and glided to her place on the field.
