"Hmm.. Vibrava an interesting choice," Anthony said tossing a pokeball into the air.

Out of the beam of light appeared a totodile. Its jolly, male, and has the torrent ability.

"Ice fang now!" Anthony cried.

Totodile's breath became cold, his fangs started to freeze over, and totodile rushed the Vibrava hoping to avoid the supersonic. His jaws open wide, Totodile was prepared to strike.

 

Vibrava and Totodile are sent!

Akinai winced as the Ice-type attack hit Vibrava...the Pokemon had always seemed to dislike cold moves as a Trapinch, but this time it seemed to do more damage then usual. Add the fact that her newfound confuse-inducing attack had missed, this battle looked already over. Unless...

"Vibrava, use Bite!"

 

Anthony smiled confidently, "Finish it with Crunch!" he shouted.

The cool breath in Totodile's mouth had subsided and now his fangs were alight with power. Totodile charged, mouth open wide ready to strike.

 

Vibrava uses Bite!
No flinch!

Totodile uses Crunch!
Vibrava fainted!
