Although this was an hour later than the expected time, this is still the first time ever in URPG, that a new generation launches on the same date of the games release.

    B/W is officially released!

    What this means:-

    General:
-EM Limit: Is unlimited now. You may buy as many Daycare moves as you like, as long as you can afford it.
-Gyms: You can now apply for B/W Gyms when Pidge gets the thread up. The total amount of Pokemon allowed in Gym Lineups have been increased to 12. To have 12 Pokemon, you need to have 8 Owned.
-Gen Discrepancies: Accuracy, BP, and Mechanics of Moves and Abilities will all follow the most current version.
    -Item Trade: Now possible.
-Karrablast/Shelmet: You can either evolve by using the real method (do a TATB with the other species), or simply by purchasing a Soothe Bell.

    Marketplace:
You may now purchase and use any B/W Pokemon, Moves, or Items. Remember to check out the new Dream World Center, and a the newly renovated Underground!

You can now bid at either forum's Auction House as well! Do check the auction thread for more detais.

    Battles:
Unlike other generations so far, the B/W input didn't have any major change (physical/special splits still stay the same). The only differences are mechanics and BP changes. Do check out a list provided below for a compiled list of changes to the previous Moves/Abilities/Items so that you can easily understand and note the changes.

We have also removed D/P/P rules, because it is entirely the same as B/W. You can now battle with B/W rules. D/P/P Battle Revolution remains, and the B/W Revolution (tentative) allows you to battle the same as previous Revolution styles, except the Pokemon sent are revealed to both battlers at the start. The Reffing Encyclopedia have also been updated with the new moves and abilities. All About Battles have been updated with the new rules and items.

    Official B/W Calculator (thanks Monbrey)

    Stories/National Park:
The story lists have also been updated. You may post your wonderful stories/RPs to capture these new Pokemon.

New Trainers can also start with the new Pokemon now.

Enjoy your new Pokemon and have fun out there. Any questions concerning this release can be put here.

    Changes for old moves/abilities/items/etc.:

    I almost forgot this.

You can participate in Triple Battles now. However, not all referees might feel ready to ref that, so make sure your Referee is comfortable with that before you ask him/her to ref.

Rotation Battles is not available for the time being, due to the lack of data and those stuff. I believe the new B/W input with all the new stuffs, plus the Triple Battles, is enough to keep us busy for now anyway. :bounce:

Since the EM limit is now unlimited, if we ever paid for an old EM but decided to switch it for a new one in the past, if we provide a link to every transaction, can we get a refund for the switch and add the old EM back on?

Edit: nvm a refund would be bad, but could we at least get the move back?

Err, why? Don't you already have a move of equivalent value for it...

Because we had to pay money for the switch. I wasn't totally sure of how this would work when I first posted, but now I finally got it: a refund of money for all the switches done, but we dont get the moves back? x_x

Extremespeed's priority is now +2 in BW compared to +1 in DP, allowing it to outspeed other priority attacks like Quick Attack and Mach Punch.

Yes. Priority tables and all those sorts can be found here.

All ref tests should be conducted using this calculator. Thanks to Monbrey again. Like with the previous times, if a member is caught using the calculator with more functions, he will fail the ref test immediately (mind you, we can actually tell).

Not exactly. There were always small discrepancies between the old and new calc. I left it exactly as is, but added the Gen V Pokemon.

To whomever said that a refund for the money of switching a daycare move would be a hassle (which according to my source was at least 3 people), please explain your reasoning?

If you want my reasoning for why it isn't a hassle, first off create a thread saying "Post here with a link to all the transactions in which you switched moves in the daycare with and we'll approve it" and then each person would go out and find each one. It took me less than 2 minutes to find them all.

So once more I ask, where's the hassle in which the time spent exceeds the overall value of the proposal?
