Staryu Part 1

Overall
I really like the darkness and the overall feel that Staryu is just floating on the waves.

Dynamics
I love the details in the waves and the sky. They look very realistic, and the stars are perfectly noticeable, yet fade nicely into the background. The lines are very leading, focusing on Staryu in the centre. I would have to say that you could have gone with the image being a bit shorter, not so much empty space in the bottom. The outline of Staryu also adds to the look that it is in the water, and are done so very well. There is a very good attention to detail.

Colours/Shading
The waves have amazing shading. The darkness is a little overdone, but it adds to the overall feel to it. The lighting from the gem in Staryu is very well done and gives a great source of light in the image, even giving some of the colours a red tinge. The shading on the waves is impeccable, the shading makes the waves look real and very professional.

Pokemon Accuracy
Staryu's colours and shape are pretty accurate. The only problem I have is that you have 5 ridges on the yellow part of Staryu where there should be 6. Other than that there is nothing to complain about.

In the end I'd give you a 70/60 so you pass!!!!!

Staryu Part 2

Overview
I really like the contrast between your 2 pieces of art. I love how cute this looks!

Dynamics
I really like the details of each of the individual seaweed lines. The lines you used are a little sketchy on this one and dont seem, as well defined as the other piece. Other than that the background is fairly simple/ I would have liked to have the seaweed in front less transparent, but more solid, just to give it a more realistic approach.

Colour/Shading
I love the bright energetic colours you used in this one! The colours of everything seem very well done and the shading was well done as well. You gave a clear direction where the light is coming from and where the shadows fell. I like how the yellow/green tinge was carried onto Staryu, it just makes it blend in to the rest of the image that much more.

Pokemon Accuracy
Your accuracy on this is very good. There is one little issue where the gem looks a bit oval shaped, rather than circular, but other than that it is perfect.
