    Overall
This is a really cool piece of art, with a funny and obvious inspiration. I really like this piece.

    Dynamics
The amount of detail work in the sewer walls is very nice. There is so many lines and scratches in the walls at the right points, without being too distracting. I really like how you have used leading lines to focus on the focal point in the piece. These leading lines really draw the attention to Torkatello's face(haha Torkal + Donatello I see what you did there!).The pizza looks pretty good, I like the way you've drawn it. Splinter looks a little chubbier than I remember him(maybe from the pizza?), but looks amazing, especially the way you've drawn the fur and every detail. The only criticism on Splinter is his black belt looks a little disjointed, where one side doesn't quite meet and complete a circle with the other side.

    Colours/ Shading
I really like the colours you've used in this. The sewers look the same colour like the sewers that are in the cartoon, and the colours of Splinter look really nice. I like the bright colours used in Torkatello, to differentiate him from the background of toned down colours. The shading you've done has come from a distinct light source, with many levels of highlights and lowlights, which look very well put together in this. This shading really adds to the three dimensional aspect of the image overall. I just dont like the part where the shading in the background goes black and we cant see the floor at all, underneath Splinter and behind Torkatello. I think it would be better to have had that shading a bit lighter, just so we could see bits of the floor, not just splinter there floating in thin air.

    Pokemon Accuracy
Torkoal looks very well done and nice, there isn't a complaint here.

Well this is a really thought out and well executed piece of art. I really like this piece, enough to give it a 75!!!! This one passes the test!

    Overall
This is a really good looking piece that is very intriguing and fun piece.

    Dynamics
I really, really like the detail work you have put into this piece. I love the details in the tree and leaves on Tortonado and his legs as well. The details in the buildings covered over by the fog looks very good also. They look like they're on the streets of New York City, with the tall buildings and the street. I really like the speckled details in the street, it really adds to the realism of the piece. I enjoy the sparkles in the mist/fog in the background, from the lamp, which just adds to the feeling of the picture overall. I would have liked to have seen the Pokémon in a more dynamic pose or position, rather than just posing in a stationary spot.

    Colours/Shading
The colours look very well done in this and has a nice colour scheme to it. The Colours of the sky and the building add to the setting of night, although the sky could be a darker colour (in my opinion) but its no big deal. The shading with highlights and lowlights again are really amazing and well used. There is a clear and defined light source that you can see. I'm trying to figure out why, to the left of Tortonado is a lot darker than the rest of the image, I can see it being a bit darker than the rest, but not as dark, maybe just a shade or two lighter.

    Pokemon Accuracy
Torkoal, Carracosta and Torterra all look like their anime parts, while Blastoise looks a lot more like a mix of Raphael and Blastoise. I don't really have any complaints as that is more of a crossover/artistry thing rather than anything to do with the actual Pokémon.

    Score
I really like this piece and it gives a cool story with an interesting backstory that it shows me. In the end I'd have to give this an 80, which means that you have caught your very own Torkoal, have fun with your new little Ninja Turtle!
