    It has been a while since i've posted anything but this took me a while to finish. my first time scanning it onto the computer so idk if looks as good but we will see. I've posted up the photo and the scanned image idk which looks better XD.

    I like it. It's pretty sharp and on model, but it's got scratchy pencil lines which look cool, since they don't detract from the art. Really, they add to it: you differentiate between parts of the Pokémon and areas of light and darkness, and also seem to show motion.
    I like the blended, but not completely homogenous, blue and grey on the front of the shell. It gets a little muddy in the back, which I think is out of place from the rest of the image.

    As for which image is better, the photo has brighter colours, the scan is going to be more on point (and straight-angled.) If you want brighter colours or not is your choice as an artist (presentation is part of the art), but that can be changed freely "in post." My recommendation would be to always take the scan (even if you decide to edit it), but you might want to ran in this case, there was a speck on your Pokémon's ear.
