    @Wrave;

    This is an odd one, to be sure. I don't much care for the background. The sky is extremely repetitive, and the cloud shapes look pretty off. The water (I think it's water) is random and also weird, but not as repetitive. I do like the darker blue streaks, however: they have nice color variations. The few variations are strange- I can't tell what that grey-and-blue hole in the sky is. The dividing line between the water and sky just looks wrong, and I'm fairly sure Poliwag do not stand on top of the water like that. On the whole, the background is way too dense, and draws attention from the Poliwag itself.

    Said Poliwag has an interesting color scheme, but that's about the only thing going for it. The lines are sloppy and there is no shading whatever.

    Overall, this gets a 25 out of the requisite 40, meaning that Poliwag is not caught. Sorry. Maybe you could tidy up those lines, and change the background.
